Email Marketing

Below, you'll find an array of email campaigns for a variety of occasions and organizations. All of these emails were designed using Adobe design applications and were all disseminated through MailChimp.

I designed multiple emails to promote the annual art festival the Creative City Project produced titled IMMERSE. These emails were mostly aimed at current partners and prospects to keep them in the loop on all of the exciting things that were happening. It also served as a means of inspiring prospects to show them what they could partner with us on.

This email served as a recap and thank you to the 2019 IMMERSE sponsors. It also gave prospects inspiration for ways to partner in 2020.

During my time at the Orlando Museum of Art, I designed hundreds of emails that have attracted thousands of guests to the museum. The museum's membership email database was one of its most successful drivers of attendance right along with its social media presence. I created email campaigns for exhibitions, education programs, special events, camps and for press communications. Below, you'll find a small sample of what I produced from 2016-2019.


Enduring Beauty

This email campaign (along with 3 others), attracted over 400 guests to this spring exhibition during a historically slow time of the season.

Florida Prize 2018

Nearly 1,000 guests attended this feature packed exhibition opening preview party. This was one of six emails sent over a six-week period.

Nick Cave: FEAT

To commemorate the arrival of celebrated artist Nick Cave, this email was a special invitation to dine with the artist in the galleries.

NOUVEAU: A Glamorous New Year's Eve

This was the first in a series of emails promoting a New Year's Eve party that was its highest attended event of the year.


Neiman Marcus Holiday Partnership

In partnership with Neiman Marcus, this email promoted a special collection that benefited the museum and arts education.

Ambassador Reception

The Ambassadors are the museum's highest giving donors and this invitation was for a special reception in their honor.

Makr Studio Tour

Special guests were invited on a private studio tour of Makr, a design studio that handcrafts furniture, leather and canvas goods.

Spring Art Camp

This spring art camp sold out almost every day of the week thanks to this email and a series of social media promotions.

In combination with some paid ad campaigns, this email went on to sell out every day of the camp.

Winter Art Camp 2017

In conjunction with a travel themed exhibition in fall 2017, this was one of the most popular winter camps and sold out with this email alone.

These email invitations were created for The Dinner Party Project, a creative dining experience and social gathering concept based in Orlando. Eight strangers come together for an intimate dinner at a location emailed to you after you register. A four-course meal is catered and served by a local chef while a dinner host facilitates engaging conversation for the guests. Throughout the year, special themed events are held and in 2016, I was asked to design invitations for some of those special occasions.
